These high-temperature, corrosion-resistant quartz glass plates are precision-engineered for use as optical windows, protective covers, viewports, and substrate carriers in extreme environments. Made from ultra-pure fused silica (SiO₂ ≥ 99.99%), these plates offer outstanding thermal stability, optical transparency, and chemical inertness.
Fused quartz maintains mechanical integrity and transparency even under prolonged exposure to high heat, corrosive chemicals, UV light, and plasma. 2 Are these plates suitable for laser applications ？
Yes. Fused quartz has a high laser damage threshold and low birefringence, making it suitable for high-power laser windows, isolators, and beam splitters.
3 How are the plates cleaned and packaged ？
Plates are ultrasonically cleaned, inspected under cleanroom conditions, and vacuum-sealed in PE bags or foam trays. Special anti-static or Class 100 packaging is available on request.
4 Do these windows degrade under UV or high temperature ？
No. Unlike regular glass, fused quartz does not degrade, yellow, or devitrify even after long-term exposure to UV radiation or high temperatures.
