ampliamente utilizada a las obleas de borosilicato y cuarzo, especialmente en aplicaciones en las que se requiere una gran claridad \u00f3ptica, una superficie lisa y un bajo coste de material.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"753\">Fabricado mediante el proceso de vidrio flotado, el vidrio sodoc\u00e1lcico ofrece una excelente planitud, un grosor uniforme y una baja rugosidad superficial, lo que lo hace muy adecuado para la deposici\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas finas\/gruesas, los procesos de revestimiento y la investigaci\u00f3n relacionada con MEMS.<\/p>\n<p
